Happy 2010, my brethren, and thank goodness that horror of a vacation has finally ended! Well, except for Disney World, because it's the happiest place on Earth (also the germiest!). But everything else was anxiety on a stick! Between running the risk of our eardrums rupturing and ruining our lives, ridiculously high fevers, ice cold pouring rain while we finally were at the bowl, massive sleep loss, and the airline losing all our bags when we didn't even want them to take them in the first place...just, wow. This trip has left me with a lack of health, lack of sleep, lack of my favorite knee socks because they were in my bag, and lack of my oh-so-expensive retainer because that was also in my bag. Thank you, United Airlines! I still did, however, have a lovely time in Disney, despite the fact that I marched around the park with a 102 degree fever for 12 straight hours. Nothing was going to stop me from seeing Mickey - dedication!!! :) The highlight, I think, was this particular trash can. You see, I happen to absolutely love Disney trash cans, because someone actually went to the trouble of making sure that the trash cans of Disney all had groovy designs - also dedication! :) So it made me quite ecstatic when one of those awesome trash cans started gliding about the park starting conversations with people. I kid you not. Yes, I checked inside. There was no midget in there with a microphone.
Okay, I have ranted long enough. I believe a nap here is truly in order... ^_^ Happy New Y-- *COUGH COUGH HACK HACK COUGH!!!* ...Oh my, I'm deeply sorry! I've coughed all over my lovely readers! Do excuse me! Happy-- *COUGH HACK* --New Year! :D
